Terms & Conditions: The following terms and conditions apply to the sale of lithium batteries by Jeffey Allen Inc. By purchasing any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

You have the right to return any unused battery within 15 days of receiving it, provided that it is in its original packaging and condition. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the battery. We will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the battery once we receive and inspect it.

You acknowledge that lithium batteries are hazardous materials and require proper handling and disposal. You agree to dispose of the battery in accordance with the local regulations and environmental standards.

We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses caused by the use or misuse of the battery, or by any defects or malfunctions of the product. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the battery or breach of these terms and conditions.We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
